Our bespoke rugs and carpets across South Africa are crafted with meticulous care, uncompromising attention to detail and the strictest quality control – designed to please the most discerning client. Since 1985, we’ve been partnering with homeowners, architects, interior designers, decorators and specifiers to bring exceptional carpet and rug design solutions to life.

Yes, you’re welcome to visit us at our showroom in Kramerville, Sandton, where you can browse our full range of bespoke rugs and carpets in person. Our team of specialist rug designers is on hand to offer expert advice and help you find the perfect flooring solution for your space. We recommend contacting us before your visit to confirm showroom hours.

We offer delivery on rugs and carpets across South Africa. Please check our shipping policy at checkout for current delivery rates and estimated timeframes to your area. For large or custom rug orders, please contact us directly to discuss delivery options.

We accept payment via PayFast and Direct Bank Transfer (EFT). PayFast allows you to pay securely by credit card, instant EFT or other supported methods. For EFT payments, your order will be processed once payment has been confirmed. All transactions are processed safely and securely through our checkout.

Care & Specifications

Yes, one of the standout features of our Karpet Kraft Cotton Rugs is that they are fully machine washable and tumble dryer safe. Unlike many rugs on the market, they contain no rubbery or plastic backing, making them easier to clean, more hygienic and more pleasant underfoot.

Our Cotton Rugs are manufactured in three standard sizes:

  • Small – 500mm x 600mm
  • Medium – 1000mm x 600mm
  • Large – 1500mm x 600mm

All sizes are available in a selection of fashionable colours, with white and natural cream being the most popular choices for bathrooms and bedrooms alike.

Absolutely. While their pure cotton composition makes them exceptionally absorbent and slip-resistant when damp – ideal for bathroom use -our rugs are versatile enough to work beautifully as bedside rugs or soft accent pieces anywhere in the home where a hardwearing, easy-care rug is needed.

Returns & Warranty

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom or bespoke orders cannot be returned as they are made specifically to your requirements.

Yes — all Karpet Kraft rugs and carpets are quality checked before dispatch. We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly assist with any manufacturing defects reported within a reasonable timeframe of purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or cleaning.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and your order details. We will assess the issue promptly and arrange either a replacement or a suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.
